Operational Framework

• The COBE is based in the existing 4th floor Graduate School of Public Health (Crabtree Hall) faculty and staff offices of the Department of Biostatistics.
• Dr. Gary Marsh is the Director of the COBE; Dr. Ada Youk is the Deputy Director, Biostatistics; and Dr. Jeanine Buchanich is the Deputy Director, Epidemiology. Linda Kobus is the COBE administrator.
• Plans are underway to offer COBE membership to interested and qualified GSPH and other University faculty. Also, efforts will be made to secure funding for periodic GSPH-based colloquia, symposia and other scientific forums relevant to the interests and goals of the COBE.
